Making Dinner, Sharing Experiences For Vegans!

We have Japanese vegan dinner cooking class every Saturday night.

You can learn how to make simple and quick Japanese foods at a traditional Japanese house which was Samurai-residence long time ago.

Purpose

We hope to provide vegan foods to tourists who is vegan.

Hikone is a small cozy town in the west side of Japanese countryside.

There is just right to be relaxed and enjoyable.

But there isn’t vegan or vegetarian restaurant around the city.

Unfortunately, it’s lil bit hard to stay here for vegans.

So we want to help your country life.

Subjects

Tourists who stay in Hikone or other city in Shiga prefecture from abroad country.

We have the class in easy English.

Sometimes we have day off.

 

Details

Shopping the ingredients in a farmers market.

Cooking organic rice and couple of vegan foods together.

Having dinner while sharing your fun experiences.

We use organic and local ingredients as much as possible.

We use homemade miso, organic and hight quality seasoning as well.

 

Teacher profile

Rie Yoshida is a raw vegan sweets creater and the teacher.

She has started to make vegan sweets since 2012.

Moreover, she works as a nurse for 10 years.

She is a specialist of health.

She is passionate about yummy food and good health.

 

Participation fee

2000yen per one person

Under 7years old is 500yen

Under 3years old is free of charge

Cancellation policy

Reservation is required a day before.

On the day of your booking date notice we will charge 100% of the fee for per person.

We start to make preparations for your dishes before you visit.

Please let us know as soon as possible the cancellation or change of booking is needed.

You can see all kinds of local and traditional aspects of Japanese life.
