Hareto-Keto Yoga & Meditation Class -full moon night special-

We are going to start yoga and meditation class at vegan cafe with Japanese garden view from this April. The tranquility of the space is the best for meditation practice. This event is the trial session of that.

Date 21st March　7:30-9pm

Participation fee 500yen + donation including a piece of raw chocolate and herbal tea

Reservation required.

Things to bring : yoga mat, blanke(rental available)

Please make sure you come at least 10 minutes early!

 

Things to bring : yoga mat(rental mat is available), towel, drinking water, blanket(if you want)
