Hareto-Keto’s Christmas cake is featured in the November issue of Veggy Magazine!
@veggy_jp is Japan’s first and only vegetarian magazine. It’s personally one of my favorite magazines, so I couldn’t believe it when I got the offer! The first feature is about minerals. There are also interviews with famous Japanese fruitarian Nakano sensei and special articles on Christmas cakes and dinners for vegans.
This season Hareto-Keto designed a happy Christmas raw cake made with tahini, cacao and lemon vanilla.
